About Us

Founded by craftsmen in the tool & die welding industry, our welders have always been at the forefront, utilizing a variety of techniques learned from a various sources--some passed down by experience, some learned by exploring new technologies. We have a dense history in the industry: from early micro-tig welding to the current laser welding industry. Yet, in every new technology, the original tool & die welders expertise comes into play: one needs to be an expert in the original in order bring out the benefits in the others. To put it simply, we are not polishers or engravers: We are welders with detailed experience in the joining of materials.

We work with a wide range of tool steels including 420SS, H-13, S-7, P-20, Aluminum, A-2, O-1, 440C, CPM-10V, D-2, M-2, 308SS, Amcoloy and others. It is our business to know the properties of various steel types, and what filler rod to use.

We can handle all types of difficult jobs in various extreme circumstances. Most of our customers are acquired because we do the seemingly impossible. In order to better service our customers, we have perfected the combination of laser/micro-tig welding which gives us the benefits of speed and low sink.
