Laser welding is an excellent option for those with the most critical jobs with the lowest tolerances.
How it works:
Unlike TIG welding machines, the laser welder achieves its metallic bond between the filler rod and material by a concentrated point of light. This light beam targets a microscopic area which is heated to a melting temperture of 2800 degrees only for any instant to complete the bonding of the material.The light heating the focal point is controlled by a pulse which allows the shortest duration of energy possible to bond the material.
